These vendor terms explain the expectations for partners who offer rentals or services through ShopMate. By confirming bookings on ShopMate, vendors agree to follow the requirements below and maintain reliable service.
Booking confirmations
Vendors must honor confirmed bookings and provide the vehicle or service class that was agreed at the time of confirmation. If availability changes, vendors must notify ShopMate immediately so an alternative can be arranged for the customer.
Vehicle and service quality
Vendors are responsible for maintaining clean, roadworthy vehicles and meeting minimum safety standards. Documentation, insurance availability, and required permits must remain valid for all confirmed bookings.
Pricing transparency
Vendors must disclose pricing, deposits, and optional add-ons before a booking is confirmed. Any changes to pricing after confirmation must be approved by ShopMate in advance.
Communication and support
Vendors must respond to ShopMate support inquiries promptly and provide accurate booking updates. This helps ShopMate resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed.
